Waterstones Account Sales Service & Application Form

Waterstones, the UK's leading specialist bookseller with almost 300 stores across the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe, has an account service for schools, colleges, universities, businesses, and government who regularly purchase books across the year and would like the convenience of extended terms with competitive discounts.

At this time, Waterstones does not have an online facility for processing institutional sales on account. You can purchase at www.waterstones.com but not using your institutional credit account.

The Waterstones Account Sales team operates from dedicated order fulfilment shops called Regional Account Centres (RAC) where we have specialist institutional booksellers processing orders and incoming requests. As such, and for the fastest service possible, we would ask that all purchase orders and requests for quotations be sent to one of these locations.

Locally all of our shops welcome institutional customers in-store and can assist with stock selection from the shelves that matches your needs. These stock picks can be processed on account in any Waterstones shop.
